Excellent service from this location. I'm in the process of selling my home and just had fresh paint and carpet in the house. Mike was insanely careful to get my fireplaces and chimneys inspected and cleaned without leaving a molecule of ash or dust anywhere. Can't recommend them enough!

Midtown did a great job on a chimney inspection for us and they were very honest and found that an inspector who did the inspection on a chimney actually inspected the wrong chimney on a townhome. Our townhome chimney was in good condition and the next door chimney on the townhome was the one that wasn’t in good condition. They could of taken advantage of the situation but in stead they were very honest with us and said your chimney is in good condition and working properly. Very nice and professional company. I will be using them again in the future.

Used this business for a minor Chimney repair and new fireplace screen. It took 4 visits to finally finish putting in a fireplace screen because they forgot a part every time. The 4th time they sent a very hostile guy (Robert) to my home. He had a hostile attitude as soon as he walked in the door. He then screamed at my neighbors' dog, who was at my house at the time. He also screamed at me to take the dog out claiming he bit him, which he didn't, further the dog weighs 8lbs wet and is hardly a threat. I maintained being nothing but kind and graceful despite his inappropriate attitude. I thought it would be best to take myself and the dog into an upstairs room, door shut and locked, while he was in my house. It's bizarre how there have been no apologies, and in fact presenting with an attitude of being inconvenienced as though I ought to apologize. Seriously never had such a weird experience.
