The folks at Midtown chimney did an excellent job inspecting and cleaning the chimney of my wood stove. Tanner (service tech ) arrived on time and performed the work professionally. There was prompt and solid follow-up by Byron from the store confirming that all the work had been done to my satisfaction. This is outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Great service and products! Highly recommended this establishment. The owner was very accommodating with selling us a part we needed for our wood stove insert & took it from his showroom model so we could go home with it.
Really impressed with the beautiful and efficient stoves they sell as well: the one pictured is just amazing!

They helped me plan out a new set of fireplaces (despite a complex set of architectural challenges) and were with me every step of the way, through design, demolition, masonry coordination, chimney modernization, chimney cap installation, electrician coordination, and fireplace installation. The results look fantastic and function even better, I could not recommend them more highly!

I recently worked with Midtown Chimney for a chimney installation in my Nederland, Colorado home, and I can’t say enough good things about them. After a severe windstorm, we discovered that our newly installed chimney had been torn off, causing a leak that damaged our downstairs gym’s walls and ceiling. To my surprise and relief, Midtown Chimney immediately took full responsibility without hesitation. They replaced the entire chimney chase and chimney with a brand-new unit and also agreed to reimburse me for all repair costs related to the interior damage.

What truly sets Midtown Chimney apart is their integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Rather than deflecting blame or making excuses, they owned the issue and fixed it promptly. Byron was awesome! They took our damaged 1963 midcentury block fireplace and turned it into the centerpiece of our home with a new regency insert. Tax credit, comfort and resiliency in case of power outage - this thing heats our 2200sf house no problem at the coldest temps in south boulder
