The crew showed up on time, laid down protective coverings, and got right to work. No mess, no fuss, just a complete chimney cleaning and a detailed check of the liner and damper. They even used a camera to show me the before and after. You don’t realize how much buildup hides in there until it’s gone. The fireplace is breathing easy now—and so am I.

We needed to get our dryer vent cleaned out because it was long overdue. We’ve gone to them in the past to get our fireplace cleaned, and they did a great job with that. They were able to book for the very next day for our dryer vent. Tanner the technician was very professional and did a great job! I highly recommend this company for fireplace, chimney, and dryer vent cleaning!

I stopped in to get some help with my pellet stove and Byron was a huge help. I needed a new auger motor and Byron thought the price looked too high so he called the manufacturer to confirm. Most people would just charge the price shown. Glad he did because the higher price was for the full assembly and I just needed the motor. Much respect for him checking.

I was having issues getting my Jotul gas fireplace to light. I called Midtown to see about having them look at it. Instead of jumping on an opportunity to hit me up for a service charge Byron took the time to explain what the issue was and gave great advice on how I could fix it myself saving me $$$!
I very much appreciate his honesty and help!
If I'm ever in the need of any fireplace or chimney needs Midtown will be my first call!

I had a pellet stove failure and Midtown was the only place that offered solutions. They ordered the part and came all the way to Elbert to fix my stove. Tanner was a very professional guy and repaired my stove and offered advice on how to adjust for best heat. The owner was super nice and kept in touch with me on status. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

Super grateful to the guys at Midtown Chimney/Fireplace. Called them for a Woodstove install for a new build. I needed it done quickly and had purchased materials and a stove from elsewhere.. Byron sent out two wonderful and competent installers NEXT day and my tricky install (steep roof!) was done perfectly in less than 24 hours from when I called them ❤️ so grateful!

Folks at Midtown Chimney Fireplace Store went over and above when the power switch on my ComfortBilt pellet stove went out on a 5 degree morning. Pulled a switch from another unit and had me back up and heating in under an hour.
